In 1967 I had felt extremely proud when I became a childhood diabetic after my brother had become one. Later, typical diabetes complications such as blindness and kidney failure helped me feel even more special! A self-destructive attitude which eventually helped me to having earned a social worker's assessment of "anti-social, untrainable and unemployable!" plus an eighteen-month medical prognosis, Not to mention the daily emotional bombshells which I blasted other people with.
All that was back in 1989, when James Tolchard started mentoring me by long-distance telephone. Step by step we have been bringing me into an increasingly peaceful and ever-growing way of being. As this website's title and content expresses: hopeful and creative! May you enjoy as well.
