FOUR SELLOUTS ANTICIPATED AT ARENA St Paul Dispatch 4/24/75 The St. Paul Civic Center Arena expects to have four sell-out houses in succession, beginning Saturday with the Minnesota Fighting Saints-Quebec Nordiques hockey game. The Fighting Saints will play the Nordiques in two semifinal games Saturday and Sunday in the World Hockey Association playoffs. John Friedmann, managing director of the Civic Center anticipates 17,000 persons will attend each of the games. The hocked games will be followed Monday and Tuesday by folksinger John Denver. The concerts are expected to attract a total of 35,000 persons. Almost a million persons will have attended events in the St. Paul Civic Center from Jan. 1 through this month. Friedmann said Four sellouts in a row would be a record for the arena.
