HEAR OUR CALL

Stop what you are doing,
Turn an ear towards the sky.
Listen for the ugly truth,
You'll hear a babies cry.

They cry for you, they cry for me,
A cry for all mankind.
They seem to say "we too must live
On this earth you leave behind".

What will we grow up to be
If you destroy it all?
We don't ask much, but when we do
Please just hear our call.

Our call goes out to all who care,
To all who know our needs.
Stop and think, it could be yours,
This child our planet feeds.
