Silence is so peaceful
Do you ever give it a try?
Do you ever just stop to listen
And let your spirit fly

Do you ever lie back easily
And let the day begin
Do you ever breathe so slowly
And happily soak it in?

A peaceful, sweet elixir
Can fill you up inside
If you take a moment to relax
And put everything else aside

There in a silent wonder
Is a beautiful point of view
Waiting to transform your life
And create a better you
